The Scara palletizer of Comega, compact and robust in design, is the optimal solution for multi-pallets management, up to 10 simultaneous. Entirely designed and built internally, it is compatible with any type of cases, tray, plastic crate, sacks, drums and more, thanks to the engineering of the dedicated gripping unit by Comega.
Its concept is modular and scalable over the years, by upgrading with additional pallets stations, empty pallet magazines, interlayer handling, automatic pallet exits, pallet transfer shuttles. Ideal for solutions that require limited space, it can be installed close to walls in favor of the finished pallet storage area.
The Comega software allows an integrated management of the complete line, capable to optimize product flows, ensure maximum productivity and efficiency and provide statistical data. An operator recognition system via RFID technology allows dedicated access in total safety.
