The sleeving machine of the Alpha series is the machine which Comega dedicated to the eggs packaging lines, downstream the grading machines, to automatically wrap the carton around the pack and seal it by hot melt glue. The machine can process both pulp and plastic packs, in different sizes.
Its reduced overall dimensions and the possibility to run the existing conveyors underneath its frame make it an extraordinary flexible solution which can adapt to the different lines configuration also in limited spaces. High speed– up to 60 pcs/hour –maximum efficiency and reliability are only some of the factors that makes it unique in its kind.
As ideal solution to ensure product quality and integrity on shelves, it can be integrated into Comega complete end-of-line, where automation is required to reduce manpower, improve work ergonomics, increase line production efficiency.
